How the Trial Day Works
A Natural Environment, Without the Owner
The daycare environment is different from a dog park. To allow your dog to settle in calmly and without tension, we ask that the owner is not present during the day. This helps your dog experience everything naturally and allows us to best evaluate their behavior.
Updates During the Day
Throughout the day, you will receive regular updates about your dog. We will share photos and videos to show activities, behavior, and important moments. This way, you can follow the experience step by step and always feel informed, reassured, and connected.
Shuttle Recommended
The shuttle service is also available for trial days and is strongly recommended. It allows your dog to experience the full routine, from pickup to drop-off at home. This helps us better observe their adaptation and ensures a more organized and structured day.
Want to Bring the Dog in Person?
If you prefer to bring your dog directly to the facility, you are welcome to do so without any issue. However, we ask you to contact us in advance to schedule a suitable time. This helps us manage arrivals smoothly and maintain a calm environment.
